The Social Services Legislation Amendment (Welfare Reform) Bill 2017 amends Schedule 9 of the Social Security Act 1991, specifying the Activity Requirements jobseekers need to complete to satisfy the activity test. The potential impact for older Australians is summarised in our Position paper below.
